Accessibility statement
Last updated: 10 October 2026
This statement covers Tal Livny's professional portfolio at clovisirex.github.io/tal-livny-portfolio/. The aim is to make its information usable for people with a wide range of access needs.
Accessibility approach
The technical target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA, with reference to the applicable website requirements of Israeli Standard SI 5568 Part 1 (2023) and European standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1. This is a self-assessment, rather than an independent certification of complete legal or technical conformance.
Using this website
- Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls, Enter or Space to activate buttons, and the skip link to reach the main content.
- The keyword search supports Up and Down arrows and Enter. Escape closes its suggestions. Selecting a result reveals the relevant item, opens a toolkit if needed, and moves keyboard focus to the result.
- Experience, projects and education are visible directly on the page. The complete toolkits use native expandable sections that support keyboard and screen-reader navigation.
- Project screenshots have text descriptions, previous and next buttons, direct selection buttons and keyboard controls. The carousel does not advance automatically.
- Open Reading preferences in the footer to enlarge text up to 200%, increase contrast, underline links or reduce motion. Escape closes this preferences panel.
- The site follows your device's reduced-motion preference and supports browser zoom, narrow screen layouts and high-contrast display modes.
Assessment and limitations
For this revision, checks cover document structure, navigation and search logic, carousel controls and reading preferences. Live browser layout and assistive-technology checks remain part of the review process. Automated checks cannot establish full conformance on their own, and all combinations of physical devices, browsers and assistive technologies have not been independently verified.
The project screenshots show a Hebrew-language application. English descriptions explain the purpose of each screenshot. External services linked from this portfolio are maintained by their respective providers.
Report an accessibility issue
Contact Tal Livny at livnytal@gmail.com. Please include the page URL, what you were trying to do and the difficulty encountered. Browser, device and assistive-technology details are helpful if you wish to provide them.
Preferences and privacy
Accessibility choices are saved only in your browser's local storage. They are not sent to a server. Reset preferences clears these saved choices. The controls also work when browser storage is unavailable.
